A nature-friendly cafe resembling a European garden

Icheon is also a city of large cafes. In the case of In the Mountain, a ‘cafe in the mountains’ in Noseong-myeon, Seolseong-myeon, and Simmons Terrace, a complex cultural space for Simmons beds, it is known that 400,000 people have visited by September, three years after opening, even though it is located in Namicheon, a bit far from Icheon City. Following Indie Round, a glamping-themed cafe in Yulhyeon-dong with a swimming pool in a caravan, Majang-myeon Tea House Eden is famous for its garden “Eden Paradise” reminiscent of “Paradise.” It is within the ‘Eden Paradise Hotel’ complex and shares the Eden Paradise, the main garden of the hotel.
The Eden Paradise Hotel was designed by Pastor Joseph Kwak of Resurrection Church as a ‘Well-Dying’ themed space. Architectural designer Si-Young Choi took charge of the overall design, making it a nature-friendly space. Regardless of religious color, the 12,000 m² (3,500 pyeong) Eden Paradise embroidered with needles, hydrangea, carpenter hydrangea, penstemon, phlox, and roe deer's urine is open to anyone. Just savoring fragrant black tea inside and outside the tea house, which has more than 40 types of tea, calms the cluttered mind.
